The villa, panoramic of monumental Florence is located in the hills south of Florence, within
a property of 60 hectares of land among woods and olive groves.
The property complex formerly owned by the Medici, Lords
of Florence, later passed to the noble De' Benci family, and Leonardo da Vinci, a friend of Ginevra
de' Benci, stayed here for a long time.
The property can accommodate up to a maximum of 20 people, and consists of the main villa, an annex, a lemon house with laundry use, the garden, swimming pool, a park with lake
and private medieval church.
MAIN VILLA -
The villa of Medieval origin, restored just 4 years ago by the owners, a family of architects,
contrasts the 'austerity of its Medieval architecture with a very modern decor.
The materials are those typical of Tuscan architecture: stone masonry, ancient terracotta floors,
ceilings with chestnut beams.
It is spread over two floors organized as follows:

Ground floor
Entrance hall, 2 living rooms with fireplace, reading room, professional kitchen with wood stove, dining room with
fireplace, tavern, double staff room with ensuite bathroom, service toilet.
First floor
Living room, 7 double or twin bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom in travertine marble, 1 bedroom
single with ensuite bathroom in travertine marble.
DEPANDANCE IN THE GARDEN
The depandance in the garden of the villa is a stone barn consisting on the ground floor of a large
living room with a sofa bed and bathroom in travertine marble, and on the first floor by a loft with a bed
double bed.

PRIVATE LAKE
Amidst oak forests, olive groves and vineyards stretches a charming lake fed by a spring
internal.

towns with all kinds of stores, supermarkets and medical services.
